I am the representative of the Confédération Micronationale du Québec ("Micronational Confederation of Quebec"), a nation that allows semi-autonomous States to prosper within its framework, and that claims sovereignty in accordance with the Montevideo convention.
The CMdQ is a full fledged nation that's rather active locally. It is gaining popularity as the "second Quebec" in the local community; it is actively involved in french Canadian politics and has over 200 known supporters, and a potential for several millions, making it the largest unrecognised nation in Quebec. It has its own currency, the dollars quebecois, which it launched upon demand of the quebecois people. The CMdQ is a democratic republic.
I hereby submit my request for the CMdQ to become a fellow member of the League of Independent Nations. I agree with the Liberterias Convention, which the CMdQ shall uphold at all times.
