The Blueshift Doctrine
Drawing a Fine law for Prevention of Overreach and Protecting National Interests.
This Doctrine states: That the LIN, aside from the Libertas Convention and it's contents are the ONLY Powers that are granted to it over it's member states, and that the National interests such as cultures, Sovereignty, Freedoms and The Will of the National Government.
Blueshift Doctrine establishes A fine line, or "Barrier" separating International and National laws, to make sure that all Nations are safe from overreach and Tyranny such as the EU, restricting the power of the LIN itself to only the powers granted to it in the libertas convention.
Thus, all matters outside of those laws, the LIN has NO Say what goes on in member nations.
The Establishment of Sectors
This also Establishes "Blue Sectors" and "Green Sectors" Such are: Green Sectors: areas where Nations in places like the Assembly, where they have the right to propose new Regulation, Uphold nations interests in the LIN, Trade with other nations, Nations can start their own projects and bridge them with the LIN, working in collaboration with Blue Sector work.
Blue Sectors: Inter-micronational Sectors of the LIN itself, such as Coalition Efforts against Terrorism, Coalition Units made up of various Nations that have Agreed to assign military personnel from their nation by Deployment Contract to help stabilize war torn nations or to help defend one another, This may also consists of Servers and areas the LIN Constructs for military development, Economic Growth, and other institutions the LIN opens up.
On Defining LIN Authority
In times of Conflict specifically a Coalition effort to defend other nations, or to Partake in an effort against Terrorism and War efforts against a hostile power, especially in cases of hostile forces to the Micronations community as a whole, The Member nations may whenever they desire donate Forces, Troops, and Manpower to The war Effort and
If Authorized by the Leader of a Member state sends any Forces, be it staff, Military, or otherwise the leader may do so by sending and authorizing them to the command of LIN. This will be enable the LIN to be granted command of said forces by contact, be it a deployment contract for military forces, Or otherwise, within the LIN is authorized to command these forces, The ultimate loyalty and command however is always to the leader of the Nation they are sent from, and if Requested these forces may be recalled at any time unless stated and agreed upon by the Leader of the Nation, and The LIN.
This is the beginning of this Consideration, and more improvements will be brought over time.
