A Condemnation of the Communist Union of Almendria

I have to second this, thanks to their actions the nation was toppled, I congratulate the new leadership of Almendria, as they appear to be much better than the previous Leaders, They also have opened Diplomacy and wish to make amends to the Nexus for the conflict!
