Atiera requesting membership to the LIN

Personally, I am a centerist, leaning auth right. The Empire of Atiera is a semi-constitutional monarchy, meaning that the Emperor is still somewhat involved in the government. I am the speaker of the parliment, I lead every session and check off items on an agenda. As for rights, it is hereby granted in the Consitution (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mpLvHajl3PeO7_xnGFZiER5ImXGpciyKH-xhepemVrQ/edit?usp=sharing), under Amendment VIII it hereby reads "All citizens have the rights as stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights."

As for guns, as this micronation is located in Canada, are highly restricted, HOWEVER, <<Amendment VII>> reads "All Citizens situated on the land of Atiera have the right to carry a firearm, providing it is their responsibility if municipal law enforcement of Canada catches them with it."

This amendment is ONLY meant for when and IF Atiera becomes a heavy secsessionist nation (ie. Sealand)
