Russia has 6,850 nuclear warheads
The United States of America has 6,185 nuclear warheads
France has 300 nuclear warheads
China has 280 nuclear warheads
The United Kingdom has 215 nuclear warheads
Pakistan has 145 nuclear warheads
India has 135 nuclear warheads
Israel has 80 nuclear warheads
North Korea has 15 nuclear warheads

These governments are classified as terrorist organizations by Stratton, and i urge all member states to classify them as such.

terrorism is the use of fear tactics to achieve a political goal. threatening a nuclear attack if others step out of line is most definitely terrorism

Governments dictate their laws, and if one government can use Threats of Deadly Force, then it's legal. But I agree, it's kinda terrorist behavior.
